COTEE RIVER LIONS HOST PICNIC FOR A.F.I.R.E.

On Thursday, November 2nd, the Cotee River Lions Club hosted an outing for the participants and staff in the A.F.I.R.E. program.  Since one of our objectives is to incorporate our students into the local community for hands-on social skills training, this was a great opportunity for them to enjoy the day - and enjoy it they did!

Several of the Lions Club members prepared and served a wonderful barbecue luncheon that day. Everyone from A.F.I.R.E. enjoyed the food, music and dancing and socialization at this wonderful facility in a natural wooded setting.

We would especially like to thank Carol, Donna, Charlie & John for volunteering to cook and host this fantastic event for us. THANK YOU COTEE RIVER LIONS CLUB!
