On Tuesday, February 2, 2010, four students from the Dental Hygiene Program at PHCC came to A.F.I.R.E. Lindsay, Jenny, Amy and Sarah, along with their instructor, Barbara Wood, visited our students and presented a very informative, interesting and helpful lesson on dental care.

As you can see from the pictures, they brought along visual aides to demonstrate the proper way to brush, and then our students were able to practice the correct procedure. These young ladies made the class interesting and fun. Lindsay then sang her song that she wrote about proper brushing to the tune of the “Hokey Pokey”.
