"EASTER EGG HUNT, 2009" |

On Wednesday, April 1st, 2009, A.F.I.R.E. held an Easter Egg Hunt for a local day care center near us. Approximately 35 young children between the ages of 1 - 5 attended the event hosted by our staff and students. Our A.F.I.R.E. students filled the plastic eggs and hid them in our backyard, made crafts for the children, served snacks and helped them play some games. The day care kids had fun and our students enjoyed watching them and felt proud of what they had done. We plan on making this an annual event!
